I’m a military spouse, mom of two girls and two doodles, yoga instructor, and insurance professional—pulled from a farm in Washington State and dropped into the wonderfully chaotic adventure that is military family life.
Between PCS moves, new duty stations, teaching yoga, and keeping up with family life, I know firsthand how valuable a little stability and security can feel. I’m here to help military families and the people they love make sure they’re protected, prepared, and have a plan for whatever life—or the next set of orders—throws their way.
